Engineered for Performance and Versatility

Rotary Vacuum Pumps are designed for continuous duty, supporting laboratories, industrial, pharmaceutical, and chemical processes. With options for single or double stage mechanisms, the pumps achieve high vacuum efficiency and offer a compact footprint. Their robust construction, oil-sealed systems, and low noise operation guarantee reliable service and a long operational life.

Flexible Configurations to Meet Your Needs

Available in a variety of models, these vacuum pumps offer pumping speeds up to 60 m3/hr and ultimate vacuum as low as 0.005 mm Hg. Users can select between base-mounted or portable types, handle options, and input/output sizes to suit specific applications. Induction motors and corrosion-resistant coatings ensure durable performance even in demanding environments.

User-Friendly Operation and Easy Maintenance

These rotary vacuum pumps feature manual controls, analog displays, and are designed for straightforward maintenance. All parts are replaceable, and the pumps are air-cooled, reducing the need for intensive upkeep. Regular maintenance, such as oil changes and inspection, can be quickly performed to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

FAQ's of Rotary Vacuum Pumps:

Q: How do I choose between a single stage and double stage rotary vacuum pump?

A: Single stage pumps are suitable for general applications requiring moderate vacuum, while double stage pumps achieve deeper vacuums (as low as 0.005 mm Hg), making them ideal for more demanding laboratory and industrial processes.

Q: What maintenance is required for the rotary vacuum pump, and how often should it be done?

A: Routine maintenance includes checking and replacing the oil, inspecting seals and replaceable parts, and keeping the air-cooling system clear. The frequency depends on usage, but typically oil changes and general checks should be performed every few months for optimal reliability.

Q: When should I use a rotary vacuum pump with a handle versus a base-mounted model?

A: Use a model with a handle if you require portability and frequent relocation, such as moving between workstations. Base-mounted models are best for stationary applications or permanent installation in a lab or industrial setup.

Q: Where can rotary vacuum pumps be installed, considering their specifications?

A: These pumps are suitable for laboratories, industrial sites, chemical plants, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ensure the location offers stable power supply, adequate ventilation for air cooling, and space for maintenance access (approximate dimensions: 560 x 280 x 260 mm).

Q: What processes and applications benefit most from these vacuum pumps?

A: Rotary vacuum pumps are used for vacuum generation in filtration, drying, degassing, distillation, and solvent recovery. They're particularly effective in laboratory, industrial, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical environments due to their high or precise vacuum capability and efficiency.

Q: How does the vacuum pump's corrosion resistance benefit its operation?

A: The corrosion-resistant coating protects internal and external surfaces from chemical attack and wear, enhancing durability and ensuring consistent performance in environments where corrosive substances may be present.

Q: What are the usage benefits of the oil-sealed, low-noise rotary vacuum pump design?

A: Oil-sealed construction provides a high-efficiency vacuum, ensures long service intervals, and reduces operational noise to below 70 dB, making the pumps suitable for noise-sensitive or continuous duty applications.
